Consulting Rates

Fees will be confirmed by email, booking will be finalized after a completed contract is on file and the deposit paid as determined by services. 

Projects and Retainer Rates

Scope and scale for different kinds of projects require different levels of preparation, management, and re-work. During an initial intake call, we can determine a starting point and initial scope. We can start with the top priorities and make incremental updates to systems, tackle a certain department or line of business that has gone stale, or help integrate silos to increase cross function and better understand the bigger analytical picture. 

 

Base hourly rate: $70-150

Qal - The BasIcs

 

  • One-hour one-on-one skills $400

  • Half-day (4-6hrs) seminars $1200-$1600/day 
  • Retreat Packages $2000/day

 

All lessons start with a consultation call to explore goals and current data practices. Each lesson plan is tailored to match your business needs and provides a detailed plan on how to move towards a data-driven strategy. 

 

QAL - VIP Package

 

  • One-hour deep dive into your systems, processes, with data review together $700/hr
  • Half-day (4-6hrs) seminars $2500-3500/day
  • Retreat Packages $4000/weekend 

 

Start with a consultation call and walk away with strategy in hand to implement change. You'll will get free follow up messaging for two weeks and support documents to support personalized iterations.

Creative Coaching

 

Weekly or monthly coaching video call sessions to stay on track with goals and work together to pivot plans when life gets in the way.

  • Get the space to process and emotional support you need to lead effectively.  
  • Roleplay the hard situations like offboarding clients or employees.
  • Braindump issues and work out priorities, assignments, and follow up plans. 
  • Work on communication skills, goal setting, culture, retention, etc.
  • The time is for you and will vary with your needs.
